ACT
to amend the North-West Frontier Province, Finance Ordinance, 1983.


WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the North-West Frontier Province Finance Ordinance, 1983 (N.-W.F. P. Ord. No. VII of 1983),for the purposes hereinafter appearing;

Preamble.

It is hereby enacted as follows:—


1.         (1) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province Finance (Amendment) Act, 1986.

Short title and commencement.

(2) It shall come into force at once.


2.         In the North-West Frontier Province Finance Ordinance, 1983 (N.-W.F. P. Ord. No. VII of 1983), in section 2, in clause (d), the full stop appearing at the end shall be replaced by a comma and thereafter the following shall be added, namely:

Amendment of section 2 of N.W.F.P Ord VII 1983.

"but shall not include Dar-ul-Ulooms and Deeni Madaris having no primary, middle or high classes.".


3.         The North-West Frontier Province Finance (Amendment) Ordinance, 1987 (N.-W.F. P. Ordinance No. VII of 1986), is hereby repealed.

Repeal.
