Registration of Factory Mandatory
To register a factory, the establishment must provide the necessary documents to the area Inspector who after verification will forward the same to Chief Inspector of Factories for registration.
(-III) Form-A (notice of occupation (-IV) Form-k (certificate of stability (-V) List of workers on the following format (on letterhead pad of factory to be signed by the Manager/Owner of the factory.
List of machinery used in the factory used in the factory (on letterhead pad of factory to be signed by the manager/ owner of the factory) Sit plan of the factory (blue print).
Request letter to the chief Inspector of factories for registration of factory under Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Factories Act, 2013 on letter head pad of factory concerned.
