The KP Web Portal is a centralized access point to provide authentic information about the government services, information, and resources for the residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The portal is accessible to all residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as National & International visitors cal also seek information about the province and its government services.

How can I access various government services online?

 You can access online services by navigating to the "Services" section on the top menu of the KP Web Portal. This includes services like Online Services, Offline services & department-wise services.

What kind of e-services are available on the portal?

E-services include e RTI, Online Pension Forms, Arms License, BISEP Online Services, E-kasib Freelancing Portal, Online Auctions, Driving License Verification, e-Recruitment, Private School Registration, Driving License Verification, Online Building Plan Approval, Local Area Authorities, Aasan Karobar Facilitation Portal, Online Complaint, Online FIR, e-Bidding System, Domicile Certificate, E-kasib Freelancing Portal, Online Building Plan Approval , Registration of Birth, Death, Marriage and Divorce and Sehat Sahulat Program.

How can I contact a specific government department?

Contact details for each department can be found in the "Departments" section, including phone numbers, email addresses, and office locations.

How do I apply for an e-domicile certificate?

You can apply for an e-domicile certificate through the "E-Domicile System" link available on the portal. The system allows you to submit your application online.

How do I apply for a driving license or other permits?

Under the citizen services tab on the home page, there is a link describing all the details of applying for the driving license.

Job openings are listed in the "Jobs" section, where you can search for vacancies of different departments in KP.

What educational resources are available for students?

All the Government universities list is available on the side menu. The online services link of Board of Intermediate & Secondary education Peshawar is available under the online services tab.

Where can i get information about investment opportunities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa?

You can get the information under the Online services there is "Aasan karobar faciliatation portal" link. Also under offline services there are "Business services" and "Rule of Business".

What public transport options are available in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa?

You can get the relevant information by navigating to the departments section on the top menu. Click on "Transport Department". On the transport department website, on the top menu, click on attached department, from the drop down list click on trans Peshawar.  You will be re directed to public transport i.e. "ZU" website.

How can I apply for government housing schemes? 

Visit the the sub-portal under the KP web Portal i.e. https://pha.kp.gov.pk/. On the top menu, there is projects section. It contains all the information regarding the in-progress projects, completed projects and upcoming new schemes.

Where can i find the notifications of transfers?

 All the notifications of the KP government can be found under the "Notification" tab on the top menu of the web portal.

Where can i find the information about the KP Budget?

All the previous budgets and latest budget of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is available on the under the left hand menu on the website by the name "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Budget".

How can i apply for Birth certificate?

All the information regarding the birth certificate and its procedure is available under the "Citizen Services" Tab on the home page. 

What are the rights of women provided by the Khyber Pakhtunhwa government?

The information regarding the women rights is available under the services tab on the top menu. Navigate to the offline services and click on "citizens rights". 

What are the initiatives of the KP government for the disable people?

Person with disabilities (PWD) rights are mentioned in the citizens rights under the offline services of the top menu. Under the rules and regulations sections rules are mentioned for disable people. More over, the Social welfare sub-domain under the KP Web Portal "https://directorate_of_soci.kp.gov.pk/" includes further details.

For emergency numbers and helpline contact details. go to services tab on the top menu. Under the offline services there is a option of "Helpline & Emergency" number. 

How can I apply for a National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP)?

The workers welfare board of the government of Khyber pakhtunkhwa facilitates the workers in different grants like child education, marriage grant , death grant etc. All the information to avail the services are available on the sub-portal under KP web portal. Click here to get more information.

Embassies information is available on the top menu, under the services tab, click on offline services. There is an option of "Embassies Information". It contain all the information regarding Pakistani Embassies abroad or foreign embassies in Pakistan along with their relevant website links. 

What are free health facilities provided by KP government?

Sehat Card Plus is a Micro-health Insurance Programme for all the citizens of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It is one of the flagship programmes of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. For more information click here.
