The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that will further strengthen collaborations in high-tech training programs.
The MoU signing ceremony took place at the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training where the Secretary Department of KP's Science & Technology and Information Technology (ST&IT), Dr. Amber Ali Khan and Executive Director NAVTTC, Mr.Sajid Baloch were present.
The MoU aims to significantly overhaul the skills training system in Pakistan through the development of employable digital skilled, dynamic and internationally competitive youth workforce as per the KPITB's vision.
This collaboration will also support achieving the objectives of the Prime Minister’s Hunarmand Pakistan (Skills for All) program.
Also present at the MoU signing ceremony were SAPM on Youth Affairs, Mr. Muhamamd Usman Dar, KP Minister for Science & Technology and IT, Mr. Atif Khan, Chairman NAVTTC, Syed Javed Hassan and Federal Secretary, M/o Federal Education and Professional Training, Ms. Farah Hamid Khan.
