The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police has identified the use of Information & Communication Technology as necessary to deal with the imminent challenges of terrorism and growing crimes. In view of the above, the Government of KP has launched Peshawar Safe City Project to modernize the infrastructure, systems and capabilities for the KP Police to proactively manage the security situation and to professionalize the police response to incidents by moving towards directed and mission-focused deployment of resources.    PMU for Peshawar Safe City Project requires the services of an experienced and dynamic Procurement Specialist to lead the Procurement Unit of the Project The Qualification & Experience of the Consultant are:

Master’s Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting/ACCA/Law /Supply Chain Management (sixteen years of education). Procurement related qualification/certifications will be an added qualification.

At least 10 years of experience; after acquiring stipulated qualification, in the field of Project Contract Management and procurement at the national level or with the International Organizations / Donor projects.

Prior experience in KPPRA & PPRA procurement processes/framework and experience of handling mega projects in the public or private sector will be accorded due weightage.

Demonstrated Computer Skill (Proficiency in using computer desktop application MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Age Limit - Maximum 55 years on 25th March, 2020
