LEARNER PERMIT

• Valid CNIC (Min 18 Year age)
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 250, from a designated bank
• Applicant has to visit in person to the License branch
• Personal data entry along with picture
• Learner will be issued which will mature in 45 days

FRESH DRIVING LICENSE

• After 45 days of issuance of learner the applicant has to visit again Driving License Branch
• Valid CNIC
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 250, for a Driving Test
• An applicant has to pass the Traffic signs test and physical driving test
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 1000, for a Driving License card (Validity 5 Years)
• An applicant can collect their Driving License Card after seven (07) days

CONVERSION OF DRIVING LICENSE

• Valid CNIC
• Previous Driving License (MotorCycle / Motor Car + Jeep) in Original
• NOC from the authority who issued the driving license
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 1000, for a Driving License card (Validity 5 Years)

DUPLICATE DRIVING LICENSE

• Valid CNIC
• Roznamcha Report from Police Station.
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 1000, for a Driving License card

ENDORSEMENT OF DRIVING LICENSE

• Previous Driving License
• Valid CNIC
• Learner permit of at least 45 Days
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 250, for Driving Test
• An applicant shall pass the traffic signs test and physical driving tests
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 1000, for a Driving License card

RENEWAL OF EXPIRED DRIVING LICENSE

• Original previous Driving License
• Valid CNIC
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
• Fee Voucher for Driving License Card of Rs. 1000 within one month of expiry
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 1500 after one month of expiry
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 3000 after 3 Years of expiry

INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT

• Valid Driving License of the concerned District
• Valid CNIC
• Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
• Valid Passport
• Valid Visa
• Fee Voucher of Rs. 5000, for an International Driving License card (validity 1 Year)
