No. PA/NWFP/Legis-I/2003/17422.—The Code of Civil Procedure (North-West Frontier Province)(Amendment) Bill, 2003. having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of North-West Frontier Province on 13th June, 2003 and assented to by the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province on 18th June, 2003 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the North-West Frontier Province.

ACT
further to amend the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
Preamble.— WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (V of 1908);
It is hereby enacted as follows:
1.             Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Code of Civil Procedure (North-West Frontier Province) (Amendment) Act, 2003.
(2)           It shall come into force at once.
2.             Amendment of section 102 of Act V of 1908.—In the Code of Civil Procedure 1908 (V of 1908), in its application to the North-West Frontier Province, in section 102, in clause (b), for the words "two hundred and fifty thousand rupees", the words "one million rupees" shall be substituted.
