No. PA/NWFP/Legis/91/5126.--- The North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants (Amendment) Bill, 1991, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province on the 12th March, 1991 and assented to by the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province on 21st March, 1991, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of North-West Frontier Province.

[First published after having received the assent of the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province in the Gazette of North-West Frontier Province (Extraordinary) dated the 26th March, 1991].

 ACT
Further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973.
Preamble.---     WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973 (N.W.F.P. Act XVIII of 1973), for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:
1.         Short title and commencement.---    (1) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants (Amendment) Act, 1991.
(2)   It shall come into force at once.
2.         amendment of section 13 of NWFP Act XVIII of 1973.--- In the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973 (N.W.F.P. Act XVIII of 1973), for section 13,
the following shall be substituted, namely:
"13.  Retirement from service.---  A Civil Servant shall retire from service on the completion of the sixtieth year of his age.".
