No. PA/NWFP/Legis/91/5136.— The North-Wast Frontier Province District Development Advisory Committee (Amendment) Bill, 1991, having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province on the 12th March, 1991 and assented to by the Governor of the Northwest Frontier Province on 21st March, 1991, is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of North-West Frontier Province.

[First published after having received the assent of the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province in the Gazette of North-West Frontier Province (Extraordinary) dated the 26th March, 1991.ANACT Further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Establishment of District Development Advisory Committee Act, 1989. Peamble.--- WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Establishment of District Development Advisory Committees Act, 1989 (N. W. F. P. Act No. IV of 1989), for the purpose hereinafter appearing; It is hereby enacted as follows: 1 .short titile and commencement.--- (1) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province Establishment of District Development Advisory Committees (Amendment) Act, 1991. (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. amendment of section 2 of the N. W. F. P. Act No. IV of 1989.---In the North-West Frontier Province Establishment of District Development Advisory Committees Act, 1989, in section 2, in clause (a), for the figures and brackets "3(2)" the figures and brackets "3(3)" shall be substituted.-------------------------------------------------
