The Provincial Assembly of the North-West Frontier Province (Salaries and Allowances of Members) Act, 1974.            

1. In Section 3(1), for the words "two thousand" the words "four thousand" shall be substituted.
2. (i) In section 3A, in clause (a), for the words "one thousand" the words "two thousand" shall be substituted.

(ii) In clause (e), the full-stop appearing at the end shall be replaced by a semi-colon and thereafter the following new clause shall be added, namely;
(f) a sum of five hundred rupees per mensum as charges of his residential telephone".

1. In section 4:-

(i) in sub section (1), for clause (c), the following shall be substituted,
"(c) where the journey or any part thereof is performed by road, an allow­ance at the rate of two rupees per kilometer:".
(ii) after sub-section (2) the following new sub section shall be added, namely:
"(3)Every Member shall be entitled to a sum of ten thousand rupees per mensem for travelling within Pakistan:
Provided that when a person becomes a Member during the course of a year, the amount to which he is so entitled shall be reduced proportionately.".
4.  In Section 7, in the first proviso for the words "rupees five hundred the words" rupees one thousand shall be substituted.
5.  In section 10, for the words "five hundred the words "six hundred and fifty" shall substituted.

The North-West Frontier Province Speaker and Deputy Speaker's (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975.

1. In Section 3, for the words "five thousand" the words "seven thousand" shall be substituted.
2. In Section 5, for the words "two thou­sand" the words "three thousand" shall be substituted.
3. In Section 7, in sub- sections (3) and (4), for the words "seven thousand" the words "ten thousand" shall be substi­tuted.
4. In Section 11, in clause (a), for the words "one rupee and twenty paisa" the words "two rupees" shall be substi­tuted.
5. In Section 13, for the words "one hundred and twenty five" the words "three hundred" shall be substituted.
6. In Section 18, for the words "three thousand" the words "five thousand" shall be substituted.
7. In Section 20, in sub-sections (3) and (4), for the words “six thousand” the words "eight thousand" shall be substituted.
8. In Section 25, for the words "one hundred and twenty-five" the words "three hundred" shall be substituted.

The North-West Frontier Province Ministers (Salaries, Allowances and Privileges)Act,
1975

1. For Section 3, the following Section shall be substituted namely:

3. Salary.--- The Chief Minister shall be paid a salary at the rate of eight; thousand rupees per mensem and all other Ministers shall be paid a salary at the rate of seven thousand rupees per mensem."
2. In Section 5, for the words "three thousand", the words "four thousand" shall be substituted.
3. In Section 8, in sub-sections (3) and (4), for the words "eight thousand" the words "ten thousand" shall be substituted.
4. In Section 9, in sub section (10), in clause (a), for the words "one rupee and twenty paisa" the words "two rupees" shall be substituted.
5. In Section 10, the full stop appearing at the end of sub-section (1) shall be replaced by a colon and thereafter the following proviso shall be added, namely:
 "Provided that in the case of death of the Chief Minister, the amount of compensation shall be one lac and twenty-five thousand rupees."
6. In Section 11, for the words "one hundred and twenty-five" the words "three hund­red" shall be substituted.
