The North-West Frontier Province Ministers (Salaries, Allowances & Privileges) Act, 1975.

1. In Secton 2, in sub-section(l), in clause (b), between the word "means" and the word "the", the words and comma" the parents," shall be inserted.
2. In section 3, for the words "eight thousand" and the words "seven thousand", the words "twenty one thousand" and words "eighteen thousand" shall) respectively be substituted.
3. In section 5, for the words "four thousand" and the words "two thousand" the words "ten thousand" and the words "six thousand" shall respectively be substituted.

In section 8,

1. in sub-section (2), for the words "fifty thousand" the words "ond hundred thousand" shall be substituted.                                                                                    j
2. in sub-section(3), for the words, "ten thousand" the words "sixteen thousand" shall be substituted; and
3. in sub-section(4), for the words, "ten thousand" the words "sixteen thousand" shall be substituted.                                                                                    j

   5.  In section 10, in sub-section (1),—
(a)        for the words "one lakh" the words "three hundred thousand" shall be substituted;

1. fhe colon appearing before the proviso shall be replaced by a full stop; and
2. the proviso shall be deleted.

6.     In section 11, for the words "three hundred" the words "four hundred and fifty" shall be substituted.

The North-West Frontier Province Speaker and Deputy Speakers' (Sala­ries, Allowances and Privileges) Act, 1975.

1.     In section 2, in clause (c), between the words "means" and the word "the", the words and comma "the parents," shall be inserted.                                                                                               |

1. In section 3, for the words "seven thousand" the words "twenty thousand two hundred and fifty" shall be substituted.                                                                                               j

(a)        In sub-section (2), for the words "fifty thousand" the words "one hundred thousand" shall be substituted;                                                                                   |

1. In sub-section 3, for the words, "ten thousand"   the words "sixteen thousand" shall be substituted; and
2. in sub-section (4), for the words "ten thousand" the words "sixteen thousand" shall be substituted.

5.     In section 12, in sub-section (1), for the words "one lakh" the words "three hundred thousand" shall be substituted.
(2)       Subject to the provision of sub-section (I), the Leader of the Opposition shall be entitled to;

1. a salary at the rate of eighteen thousand rupees per month;
2. a sumptuary allowance at the rate of six thousand rupees per month;
3. an honorarium at the rate of two thousand rupees per month;
4. residential telephone charges at the rate of four thousand rupees per month;
5. office accommodation inside the Assembly Building;
6. the services of a whole-time Stenographer in BPS-15;
7. one Naib Qasid in BPS-1,;

(h)     installation of telephone in his office room in Assembly Building at the cost of Government;
 provided that the charges of office telephone calls made therefrom shall not exceed the ceiling fixed by Government from time to time,

1. In section 4, in sub-section (3), for the words "ten thousands" the words "twenty thousand" shall be substituted.
2. In section 7, in the first proviso, for the words "one thousand" the words "four thousand" shall be substituted.
3. In section 7-A, for the words, "five hundred" the words "four thousand" shall be substituted.
