ACT
to withdraw the North-West Frontier Province Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance,1986.

Preamble.

WHEREAS it is expedient to withdraw the North-West Frontier Province Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance, 1986 (N.-W.F. P. Ord. III of 1986).

It is hereby enacted as follows:

Short title and commencement.

1. (1) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province (Withdrawal of Local Government (Amendment) Act, 1986

(3) It shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 17th day of June, 1986.

Withdrawal of N.W.F.P Ord III of 1986.	2. The North-West Frontier Province Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance. 1986 (N.-W.F.P. Ord. III of 1986), is hereby withdrawn and shall be deemed to have so with effect from the 17th day of June, 1986.
Saving	3. Notwithstanding the withdrawal of the North-West Frontier Province Local Government (Amendment) Ordinance 1986 (N.-W.F.P. Ord. III of 1986). anything done, action taken or order passed under the said Ordinance shall be deemed always to have been validly done, taken or passed.
Repeal	4. The North-West Frontier Province (Withdrawal of Local Government Amendment (Ordinance 1986 is hereby repealed,
