AN
ORDINANCE
further to amend the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962
WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962 (W. P. Ord. II of 1962), in the manner hereinafter appearing
AND WHEREAS the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the fifth day of July, 1977, read with the Laws (Continuance in Force) Order, 1977 j (C. M. L. A. Order No. I of 1977), and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province, is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance;
1.         (1) This Ordinance may be called the North-West Frontier Province, Civil Courts (Amendment) Ordinance, 1979.
(2) It shall come into force at once.
2.         In the West Pakistan Civil Courts Ordinance, 1962 (W. P. Ord. II of 1962), in section 18, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), for the words "twenty five", the word "fifty" shall be substituted.
