THE NORTH-WEST FRONTIER PROVINCE CIVIL SERVANTS (SECOND AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE, 2001.
N.-W.F.P. ORDINANCE NO. XXVIII OF 2001.
AN
ORDINANCE

further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973.


WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973 (N.-W.F.P. Act No. XVIII of 1973), for the purposes hereinafter appearing;
AND WHEREAS the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of Emergency of the fourteenth day of October, 1999, as amended uptodate, and the Provisional Constitution Order No. I of 1999, read with Article 4 of the Provisional Constitution (Amendment) Order No, 9 of 1999, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:

  1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This Ordinance may be called the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.

(2)        It shall come into force at once.

  1. Amendment of Section 13 of N.-W.F.P. Act No. XVIII of 1973.—In the North-West Frontier Province Civil Servants Act, 1973 (N.-W.F.P. Act No. XVIII of 1973), in section 13, in sub-section (1), in clause (a), for the word "twenty-five", the word "twenty" shall be substituted.
