ACT
further to amend the North- West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978.
Preamble.--- WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978 (N.-W.F.P. Ord. No. XI of 1978) for the purpose hereinafter appearing;
It is hereby enacted as follows:—
1.             Short title and commencement.—(i) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission (Amendment) Act, 2004.
                (2)       It shall come into force at once.

  1. Amendment of section 4 of N.-W.F.P. Ord. No. XI of 1978.—In the North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978 (N.-W.F.P. Ord. No. XI of 1978), in section 4, in sub-section (1), for the word "four", the word "five" shall be substituted.
  2. Repeal.- The North-West Frontier Province Public Service Commission (Amendment) Ordinance, 2004 (N.-W.F.P. Ordinance No. I of 2004) is hereby repealed.
