No. PA/NWFP/Legis: 1/2005/1837.---- The North-West Frontier Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) (Amendment) Bill. 2005 having been passed by the Provincial Assembly of North-West-Frontier Province-on the 17th January, 2005 and assented to by the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province on 19th January, 2005 is hereby published as an Act of the Provincial Legislature of the North-West Frontier Province.

ACT
further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000.
Preamble.—WHEREAS it is expedient further to amend the North-West Frontier Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000.
It is hereby enacted as follows:
1.             Short title and commencement.— (1) This Act may be called the North-West Frontier Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) (Amendment) Act, 2005.
(2)           It shall come into force at once.
2.             Amendment of section 9 of N.-W.F.P. Ord. No. V of 2000.--- In the North-West Frontier Province Removal from Service (Special Powers) Ordinance, 2000 (N.-W.F.P. Ord. No. V of 2000), in section 9,—

  1. in sub-section (1), in clause (b), for the word "presentation", the words "review petition" shall be substituted; and
  2. in sub-section (2),-
  3. for the word "presentation", occurring for the first time, the words "review petition" shall be substituted; and
  4. for the word "presentation", occurring for the second time, the words "review petition" shall be substituted.
