THE REGISTRATION (WEST PAKISTAN AMENDMENT)
Act, 1967.

to further amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan.

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Registration Act, 1908 in its application to the Province of West Pakistan in the manner hereinafter appearing;

Preamble.

It is hereby enacted as follows:—

1.         (1) This Act may be called the Registration (West Pakistan Amendment) Act, 1967.

Short title, and commencement.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

2.         Sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) in its application to the Province of West Pakistan shall be re-numbered as section 30 and sub-section (2) thereof shall be omitted.
