AN ORDINANCE
to repeal the Specific Relief (North-West Frontier Province Amendment) Ordinance, 1983.


            WHEREAS it is expedient to repeal the Specific Relief (North-West Frontier Province Amendment) Ordinance, 1983;

Preamble

AND WHEREAS the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action;
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of the Proclamation of the fifth day of July, 1977, and in exercise of all powers enabling him in that behalf, the Governor of the North-West Frontier Province is pleased to make and promulgate the following Ordinance:


1.         (1) This Ordinance may be called the Specific Relief (North-West Frontier Province Amendment) (Repeal) Ordinance, 1983.

Short title and commencement

(2) It shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to have taken effect on the 28th February, 1983.


2.         The Specific Relief (North-West Frontier province Amendment) Ordinance, 1983 (N. W. F. P. Ord. No. II of 1983), is hereby repealed and shall be deemed to have been so repealed with effect from the 28th February, 1983, as if it had never come into force.
