The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) was among the top 10 finalists at the World Summit for Information Society 2024 (WSIS) Digital Service Design Special Prize for our innovative Public Service Delivery Platform "Dastak"! This esteemed award recognizes the most innovative and impactful government services excelling in digital service design. It focuses on services that showcase a scalable, compatible, and adaptable approach, enhancing or developing government processes to meet the needs of citizens or residents through innovation.

Dastak is an initiative of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for public service delivery. Organized by ITU and GovStack, we were honored to be among the top 10 finalists alongside representatives from Germany, Peru, Malaysia, India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh.
