Arrangement of Eidul Fitr

Description

Sealed quotations are invited for the supply and fixing at site of the following items on rent basis for Eidgah Peshawar on occasion of Eidul Fitr, 1444 AH. The quotations shall reach the undersigned on or before 18.04.2023. 

The details are as under: -

a. Complete sound system with Generator:

1. Amplifier - 02 Nos
2. Microphone - 02 Nos
3. Speaker with Units - 16 Nos

b. 

1. Shamyanas - 14 Nos
2. Darries  - 1200 Nos
3. Carpet  - 100 Nos
4. Pedestal Fans - 20 Nos
5. Kanat - 06 Nos

 

Note: a)  All the items to be supplied must be totally clear from any sort of spotting of oil, ghee, curries etc.                             The Carpet, darries etc must be "PAAK" (Saaf) for prayer purposes.

         b) All the arrangement shall be completed one day before the probable day of the Eid.

         c) Separate quotations should be furnished for each portion.

         d) Taxes should be charged as per Government rates.
