                                                       QUOTATIONS

Sealed quotations are invited for the supply and fixing at site of the following items on rent basis for Eidgah Peshawar on occasion of Eid-ul-Azha 1443 AH. The quotations shall reach the undersigned on or before 07.07.2022.

The details are as under:-

 

A)

1. VIP Shamyanias              -        14 Nos
2. Darries Best Quality        -        1200 Nos
3. Carpet Irani                   -        100 Nos
4. Pedestal Fans                 -        20 Nos
5. Kanat                            -        06 Nos

 

 

1. B) Complete Sound system with Generator
2. Amplifier                           -        02 Nos
3. Cordless Mics                    -        02 Nos
4. Speakers                          -        16 Nos

     

                Note:

1. All the items to be supplied must be totally clear from any sort of spotting of oil, ghee, curries etc. The Carpet, darries etc must be “PAAKP (Saaf) for prayer purpose.
2. All the arrangements shall be completed one day before the probable day of Eid.
3. Separate quotations should be furnished for each portion.
4. Taxes should be charged as per Government rates.
